This is how Frenché Roast was born. Our master roasters slowly roast premium Arabica and Robusta beans until it develops a 'second crack' - a skill which takes much times, expertise and patience.

Le Beans:


The finest blend of Premium Arabica and Robusta beans.



Le Roast:


We roast our beans in the traditional French technique. The Premium Arabica and Robusta beans are slowly roasted at high heat for a longer time until it reaches 'second crack'. This is when the oil inside the beans are fully released to create a subtle smoky and intense flavour with bittersweet tones.

Le Process:


After roasting, we Freeze Dry the coffee extract to -40˚C before cutting it in to granules and vacuum-drying at low temperatures. This seals in the coffee's natural flavour and aroma.

Next, we use the advanced Microground technology to finely grind the Freeze-Dried coffee granules in an oxygen-free and ultra low temperature environment to keep the natural coffee aroma and oil from being lost. Mmm.....the aroma of freshly brewed coffee..... Magnifique!
